on all products except body jewellery.
You can return you goods to us for any reason and we will
offer a 14 day money back guarantee, except on body jewellery.
To claim this guarantee please return the goods to us in perfect
unworn condition, using a suitable postage method. if your item
was received in a box please return all the original packaging,
as this may help it stay in damaged. Upon receipt of the goods
you original purchase price will be refunded to you, excluding
postage.
We can not refund or replace goods before we have received
them, or if they are not returned to us. We are not responsible
for any items lost in the post en route.
Note:
If we do not refund your item is due to one of the following
reasons:
The item is broken for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
The item has been lost by you whilst wearing it!
Body Jewellery
We do not give refunds on body jewellery or any other jewellery
designed to be retained inside the body, such as earrings, this
is for hygiene reasons. If the item is faulty then this is the
only time we will give a full refund. Because we do not offer
a refund on body jewellery we advise to be very cautious when
choosing a correct size.
